Ramadan Appeal – Masjid Rebuilt Project

Alhamdulillāh, our new masjid rebuild project is progressing well. Around 70% of the planning application is now complete. Along many other surveys, the final traffic survey has been submitted recently, and the council has requested some minor plan adjustments, which are currently being finalised. Once sent in, the application will move closer to approval, and we hope it will be completed this year, In shā’ Allāh. We are appealing to our community to help raise £20,000 during these last 10 blessed nights of Ramadan. If just 100 brothers give £200 (or vice versa), we will reach this target quickly, In shā’ Allāh. The Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever builds a mosque for Allah, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise.” (Bukhari & Muslim)

We will also hold a special fundraising collection on the 27th night before Tarāwīh. Please attend and support generously. For questions or to speak to the trustees, you are welcome to book an appointment. Once the planning is approved, we will host a community meeting to share the full plans, In shā’ Allāh.
